Chocolate Beauty Cookies (or Chocolate Pearl Tocos Cookies)
1/2 cup chocolate pearl butter
1/2 cup almond butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
1 cup tocotrienols
2 pastured organic eggs
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and tocos until well incorporated. Add in all other ingredients and mix again until smooth. Scoop 2 tablespoon servings of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 7-9 minutes, keeping a careful eye so they don’t burn! Gooey is usually better in the cookie world, right? Allow to cool for a few minutes and then (you should probably) top with more chocolate pearl butter and enjoy!
